Accountability Sessions

Accountability sessions are your space to lean on each other, so you can reach your goals, together!
Because change feels easier with someone beside you.
Just like our Social sessions, our ACCOUNTABILITY sessions are peer led virtual sessions (meaning there is no "host"). Accountability sessions do differ from Social sessions in that they are designed to be check-ins or body-doubling sessions to promote and engage in goal based activities.

This could be anything from exercise and wellness to writing a uni assessment or cleaning the house!!! They are relaxed yet everyone comes in with a goal/goals in mind and we actually achieve them...together!
We host multiple Accountability sessions weekly. These sessions allow you to meet new people within our community and motivate each other to show up each day and achieve your goals, whatever they may be. These sessions are also limited to a maximum of 20 participants each to ensure members can connect and chat with their peers without being lost in a crowd of women.
Have a goal you want to achieve or a habit you want to build? Is there something you keep meaning to do… but life gets in the way?​ Accountability sessions help you take aligned action—one small, doable step at a time.
You don’t need to have it all figured out. You don't need a definitive plan. You just need to show up. We’ll help each other stay focused, motivated, and supported.
