To become a member, please create a profile and then choose the membership option you would like to proceed with.

All new memberships will commence on the 1st day of the month following your registration. 
Your payment will be processed on the day you register and your membership status will appear as "pending" until the 1st.
Your membership will auto-renew monthly unless cancelled prior to your direct debit.
There are no lock in contracts and you can cancel your membership at any time in your member portal or by emailing us

🧘‍♀️ WOW - Workouts of the Week

Every Monday inside the member portal, we drop 3 fresh WOW workouts (Workouts of the Week), created to help you move your body, boost your mood, and feel stronger, one simple session at a time.

Designed by our qualified Personal Trainers and Exercise Physiologist's, these workouts are:

✓ Short and effective (you can do them in your lunch break...or while your toddler naps)

✓ Equipment-optional or easily adaptable (You can use small dumbbells, no weights, or even your giant drink bottle).

✓ Based on functional movement patterns to keep you fit and strong 

✓ Suitable for all fitness levels, with suggested modifications

 

Each workout includes 5–6 basic exercises, laid out clearly...just like a CrossFit-style whiteboard session. Each workout can be completed in as little as 30 minutes.So you can fit it in when you don't have much time at all! These workouts are designed to be no fluff, with no scrolling through videos and no performance pressure. Just grab the workout and go.​

 

Whether you’re easing back into exercise, looking for structure, or just craving the energy that comes from showing up for yourself, WOW Workouts are here to support you.

Unlimited access to live, interactive online fitness classes led by qualified Fitness Instructors, Personal Trainers and Exercise Physiologists.

Body Doubling is scientifically proven to assist in maintaining motivation and reaching our goals! Now get a whole community of women behind you and you will be UNSTOPPABLE!

👭 Social Sessions

Weekly themed, peer facilitated social gatherings (think New Mums Club, Mums Surviving Teens, Worker Bees Coffee Catchups, Book Club, Wine Club...the options are endless) where you can connect, share, and feel truly seen in a safe, supportive space with people who are YOUR people. No pressure to be anything or do anything.

 

Making friends...and maintaining friendships in adult life is HARD!!! Gone are the days in the school playground how you would just introduce yourself to everyone and befriend every girl you met. It sucks...and it's something that we ALL struggle with!

 

In a modern world where we are so connected, most of us feel even more alone than ever! This is a space where you can meet new people, build lasting friendships and NEVER feel isolated or alone.

Our Growth sessions are designed to help you slow down, reflect, and reconnect with yourself. Through meditation, mindfulness, breathwork, and journaling, each session provides a space to release stress, gain clarity, and nurture your mental and emotional wellbeing.

Whether you’re looking to manage daily pressures, cultivate calm, or deepen self-awareness, Growth Sessions give you practical tools to bring balance and intention into your life. Guided exercises and thoughtful prompts help you explore your thoughts, emotions, and goals in a supportive environment.

These sessions aren’t just about relaxation, they’re about growth. By practicing presence, reflection, and self-discovery, you’ll build resilience, strengthen your inner calm, and leave each session feeling grounded, inspired, and empowered.
