Community Guidelines
Effective Date: 1st January 2025

Welcome to Her inHer Circle! We are dedicated to creating a supportive, respectful, and empowering environment where women can connect, learn, and grow together. To maintain the integrity of our community, we ask that all members adhere to the following Community Guidelines.

By participating in our community, you agree to follow these guidelines and treat fellow members with kindness and respect. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in the removal of content or suspension/termination of your account.

1. Be Respectful
Respect is the foundation of our community. Treat all members with kindness and consideration. Discrimination, harassment, or hate speech of any kind will not be tolerated. Our community should be a safe space for everyone, regardless of race, ethnicity, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, or background.

2. Supportive and Constructive Communication
-
Encourage, Don’t Criticise: Provide constructive feedback and offer support rather than criticism. Share insights and advice in a way that uplifts and empowers others.
-
Be Mindful of Language: Use positive and inclusive language. Avoid inflammatory or offensive language, personal attacks, or any form of bullying.

3. Respect Privacy
-
Respect Boundaries: Do not share personal information about yourself or others without consent. This includes sensitive information about other community members, unless they have explicitly chosen to share it in public spaces.
-
Confidentiality: Anything shared in private groups, messages, or other private channels should stay private. Do not share personal conversations or confidential details outside of these spaces.

4. Be Authentic
-
No Impersonation: Be yourself and don’t pretend to be someone else. Respect others’ authenticity by avoiding impersonation or fraudulent behavior.
-
Honesty is Key: Share information, resources, and advice that is truthful and well-intentioned. We want to build a community based on trust and integrity.

5. Promote Positive Content
-
Avoid Spam: Do not post unsolicited promotional content, advertisements, or irrelevant links. While we encourage sharing valuable resources, please ensure that your posts contribute to the community’s overall benefit.
-
No Inappropriate Content: Do not share content that is harmful, abusive, explicit, or illegal in nature. This includes sexually explicit material, graphic violence, or any content that could be considered harassment or abuse.

6. Respect Intellectual Property
-
Give Credit: Always attribute credit to original creators for any content, images, or ideas that you share. Copyright infringement, including the unauthorized use of someone else’s work, is strictly prohibited.

7. Constructive Disagreements
Disagreements are natural, but they should be handled with respect and an open mind. If you disagree with someone, approach the conversation with a willingness to listen and learn. Personal attacks, insults, or name-calling will not be tolerated, regardless of the subject matter.

8. Promote Inclusivity
Our community thrives on diversity. Be mindful of how your words and actions might impact others, and always aim to be inclusive. We welcome people from all walks of life and encourage participation from all who wish to empower themselves and others.

9. Report Violations
If you witness behavior that violates these guidelines, please report it to us immediately. We take violations seriously and will take appropriate action, which may include removing posts, issuing warnings, or suspending memberships.

10. No Trolling or Negative Behavior
Trolling, bullying, or any form of disruptive behavior intended to provoke or harm others is not allowed. We expect all members to engage in good faith and contribute to a supportive, positive environment.

11. Event Participation Guidelines
If you attend or participate in any events, classes or similar activities hosted by Her inHer Circle (online or offline), please follow the same standards of respect, engagement, and kindness outlined above. Events are meant to foster connection, growth, and mutual support.

12. Adherence to Legal and Ethical Standards
By participating in our community, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Any illegal activities or unethical conduct, such as solicitation, fraud, or infringement of rights, will not be tolerated and may result in permanent removal from the community.
Enforcement of Community Guidelines
We reserve the right to remove any content or suspend or terminate any account that violates these Community Guidelines. Depending on the severity of the violation, actions may range from a warning to permanent removal from the community. If you feel that your content was removed or your account was suspended unfairly, you may contact us for clarification.
