Membership Terms

Welcome to Her inHer Circle ("we," "our," "us"). These Membership Terms and Conditions ("Membership Terms") apply to your membership in our online community and any associated benefits, services, or content provided to members ("Membership"). By joining our community and using the associated benefits, you agree to abide by these Membership Terms.

1. Membership Eligibility
To become a member of Her inHer Circle, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.

• Provide accurate and truthful information during the registration process.

• Agree to comply with these Membership Terms and our general Terms of Service.

Membership is available to individuals who identify as women and are interested in participating in our community, networking, and accessing health and wellness resources.

All new memberships will commence on the 1st day of the month following your registration. Your payment will be processed on the day you register and your membership status will appear as "pending" until the 1st.

2. Membership Levels and Fees

We offer different membership tiers or plans ("Membership Levels"), which may include free or paid options. The specific benefits of each Membership Level will be outlined on the website or in your member portal. Membership fees, if applicable, are due in advance, and you agree to pay all applicable fees associated with your selected Membership Level.

• Free Membership: May include limited access to some community features and content.

• Paid Membership: Includes access to premium content, events, fitness classes and additional features. Fees for paid memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis.

3. Membership Benefits
As a member, you will gain access to a range of benefits depending on your membership level. These may include:

​

• Access to exclusive content (articles, videos, webinars, etc.)

• Invitations to members-only events (online or offline)

• Networking opportunities with other members

• Discounts on products or services (if applicable)

• Access to online gatherings, meetups, events and classes (Circles) and other community features including WOW - Workouts of the Week.

The specific benefits associated with each Membership Level are subject to change, and Her inHer Circle reserves the right to modify, add, or remove benefits at any time.

4. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. You are also responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Renewals and Cancellations

• Automatic Renewals: If you select a paid Membership Level, your membership will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it prior to the renewal date (5 working days notice is required to ensure your direct debit does not auto process).

• Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time by following the instructions provided in your account settings or by contacting our support team.

• Cancellation Notice: To ensure your membership is not renewed, we require a minimum of 5 business days’ notice prior to your scheduled direct debit date. This allows us time to process your cancellation before your next payment is due. You can cancel your membership by logging into your account or emailing us at info@herinhercircle.com.au. Cancellations submitted within 5 business days of your direct debit date may still result in one final charge.

• Membership benefits will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

• Refunds: Membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in specific circumstances.

6. Member Conduct
As a member, you agree to:

• Engage in the community in a respectful, supportive, and constructive manner.

• Abide by the guidelines of the platform, including any behavior or content restrictions outlined in our Code of Conduct.

• Refrain from spamming, soliciting, or engaging in any activity that disrupts the community experience.

• Respect other members' privacy and not misuse their personal information.

Failure to adhere to these expectations may result in suspension or termination of your membership.

7. Content Ownership and Use
As a member, you may contribute content, such as posts, comments, and other materials, to our community platform. You retain ownership of the content you post, but by submitting content, you grant Her inHer Circle a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, distribute, and promote your content within the community. You are solely responsible for any content you post and agree that it complies with applicable laws and our guidelines.

8. Changes to Membership Terms
We may update or modify these Membership Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the "Effective Date" will be updated accordingly. Your continued membership and use of the community after the changes are posted will signify your acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Termination of Membership
Her inHer Circle reserves the right to terminate or suspend your membership, without notice, if you violate these Membership Terms, engage in inappropriate conduct, or breach any other community guidelines. Upon termination, your access to member-only content and benefits will be immediately revoked. You may also terminate your membership at any time by following the cancellation procedures outlined above.

10. Limitation of Liability
Her inHer Circle will not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from your participation in the community, including but not limited to any loss of data, membership benefits, or content. Our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your membership during the 12 months preceding any claim.

11. Privacy

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Membership Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state or country in which Her inHer Circle operates. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved in the appropriate courts within that jurisdiction, or via binding arbitration if applicable.
