Q. What does Her InHer Circle offer?

Her InHer Circle is an online health and wellness community which provides a virtual space where women can come together to share knowledge, experiences, and support for each other. Our online community offers four key services: 

  • Active Circles

  • Social Circles

  • Accountability Circles 

  • Growth Circles

  • WOW - Workouts of the Week

Q. How can joining Her InHer Circle benefit me?

By joining as a member, you can gain motivation, build friendships, access expert advice and gain support from like minded individuals. It’s a great way to stay accountable, avoid isolation, find encouragement and build lasting friendships. As a social impact business, your membership also helps give back to members within our community and those outside our community - This is achieved through our regular attendee giveaways as well as donations to charities who support women in need.

 

Q. Who is the community for?

We are open to women of all ages and abilities. Members must be over 18 but it is otherwise never too early, or too late to join us. The social support alone can be life changing for women of all ages.

Q. Do I need to pay to join Her InHer Circle community?

Yes. Access to Her InHer Circle is via a paid membership. Your membership gives you access to our virtual services. 

 

Q. How do I pay my membership?

Your membership can be paid online via our website. All memberships are paid Month-to-Month on a recurring basis until cancelled. There are no lock in contracts and you can cancel your membership at anytime (If you wish to cancel, you must provide notice at least 5 working days prior to your direct debit date to ensure the payment does not auto-process).

Q. How do I stay motivated within Her InHer Circle community?

Being part of our community allows you to connect  with others and share progress and encouragement. You can also set goals, track progress, participate in online discussions, online check-ins and a range of online fitness classes and events. You can also seek advice and support when feeling isolated, discouraged or flat. We aim to provide a safe and encouraging platform for our members to feel safe, secure and supported at every stage of life.

Q. What should I do if I feel uncomfortable or unsupported within the community?

We do not want any of our members to feel unsafe, unsupported or discouraged in any way. If you encounter negativity or feel unsupported, you can reach out to our Community Coordinator: info@herinherecirle.com.au.

Q. Will I be able to access the community on my mobile device?

Of course! Our website is mobile optimised so you can access it via your mobile or tablet, allowing you to stay connected and participate on the go.

Q. Can I contribute or share my own knowledge and experience?

Yes! Her InHer Circle encourages our members to share their personal experiences, tips, and advice. Your contributions help others within our community and helps to add value to our community and its members. â€‹

Q. Are the Circles recorded so I can watch them at a later date?

As we offer a secure and personalised service for our small community, we do not record our Circles. To maintain member privacy and ensure all members can be their genuine self, we do not record sessions.  They are therefore not available to watch on playback at a later time/date. Our Growth Circle events may be recorded for quality, training or promotional purposes.​​

Q. Is there any kind of group support or interaction with other members?

Of course. This is what our community is all about. Members are encouraged to interact, share experiences, ask questions and motivate each other at each of our Circles.

Q. What kind of results can I expect from being part of the community?

The results will vary depending on your personal effort and goals, but many members report improved motivation, better fitness, increased mental health, healthier eating habits, reduced stress, and a sense of community and support.

Q. Can I access the Circles without being a member? 

No. Access to our community and associated Circles is via membership only. You can join us as a member here.

Q. Is there a limit on the amount of members who can join Her InHer Circle as a member

Yes, to ensure a safe, personalised and quality experience for our members, we have a current capacity of 250 members. This means that once we reach 250 members at any given time, our online membership sales will automatically close until more spots open up again. As memberships renew monthly on a recurring basis, availability does change from time. Availability can be subject to renewal rates. If you are not a current member and would like to join us, you can do so by emailing info@herinhercircle.com.au to be put on the waitlist if we are at full capacity. We will get back to your as soon as a position opens for you.

Q. Do the Circles have limits on how many people can book and attend each session? 

Yes, to ensure our Circles remain engaging, safe and personal, our Circles all have caps on the maximum participants. Social and Accountability Circles all have a limit of 20 participants per session. Active Circles have a limit of 30 participants per session. Our monthly Growth Circle events are open for all members to attend. We have taken on feedback from our valued members and as of 1 July 2025, we will no longer be selling guest tickets to our Growth Circle events. All Circles will remain MEMBERS ONLY.

Q. How do I get started in the community?

Simply join as a member here and you will get instant access to your member profile where you can manage your membership. All new memberships will commence on the 1st day of the month following your registration. Your payment will be processed on the day you register and your membership status will appear as "pending" until the 1st. 

 

Q. Do I have to re-register every month to keep my membership active?

No. Once activated, your membership will auto-renew monthly unless cancelled prior to your direct debit.
There are no lock in contracts and you can cancel your membership at any time in your member portal or by emailing us

Q. Why won't the website allow me to become a member

Please note that we are a small community of women and we have a maximum member capacity of 250. Our membership is often at full capacity due to current members auto-renewing their existing membership. If we are at capacity, you can join our waitlist by emailing info@herinhercircle.com.au and we will let you know as soon as a spot opens up for you.
