WOW Workouts of the Week

Simple Workouts, Your Time, Your Way.

Every Monday inside the member portal, we drop 3 fresh WOW workouts (Workouts of the Week)—created to help you move your body, boost your mood, and feel stronger, one simple session at a time.

Designed by our qualified Personal Trainers and Exercise Physiologist's, these workouts are:

​

✓ Short and effective (you can do them in your lunch break...or while your toddler naps)

✓ Equipment-optional or easily adaptable (You can use small dumbbells, no weights, or even your giant drink bottle).

✓ Based on functional movement patterns to keep you fit and strong 

✓ Suitable for all fitness levels, with suggested modifications

Each workout includes 5–6 basic exercises, laid out clearly, just like a CrossFit-style whiteboard session. Each workout can be completed in as little as 30 minutes.So you can fit it in when you don't have much time at all! These workouts are designed to be no fluff, with no scrolling through videos and no performance pressure. Just grab the workout and go.​

Whether you’re easing back into exercise, looking for structure, or just craving the energy that comes from showing up for yourself, WOW Workouts are here to support you.

Need a Wingwoman?

If you want a little extra motivation, you can join one of our Wow Wingwomen Accountability sessions.

 

These casual, NO PRESSURE sessions allow you to complete the WOW Workout alongside your fellow members. There is no pressure for deep and meaningful conversations here...and no pressure to lead.  Just show up and move through the WOW Workout together.

Because often, knowing someone else is sweating alongside you gives you that little bit of motivation to pull the shoes on and commit to the workout!​
